Relaxing with Self Care

Self care is very important to your daily life. Everyone should find something that makes you calm and happy. Even if it’s only a couple of minutes or even if it’s just taking some deep breaths. In my Hope Squad class our teacher always posts relaxing videos. In some of the videos it was breathing or it was what are you smelling or what is around you.  I have found that it makes me more relaxed. So I encourage you to find something that makes your self care better.
