I know for me personally time management can be a bit of a struggle. I am a big procrastinator, but managing time correctly and efficiently can help with that. I think that all procrastinators could use some helpful strategies of how to correctly manage our time and avoid cramming.
Some strategies to consider would be organizing and prioritizing. I know that if I would get myself organized and prioritize certain tasks, I would be a lot more efficient when getting work done.
Another strategy would be planning; plan out your tasks and how much time it will take to complete them. Believe it or not it will help in the grand scheme of things.
Finally, communication is key. Communicate what needs to be done and how long it will take. If time management is done efficiently, it can only help!
